I have to say, it gets SUPER repetitive looking at trivia and people are calling out errors and tagging them consistently with "This is likely a error by Scott."
It's...kind of obvious that it's an error by Scott. Get creative. Instead of "Such and such has an arm phasing through a leg. This is likely an error by Scott," you can say something like "A visual error occurs when X is in such a position where his arm phases through his leg." This whole calling out Scott thing for making errors is getting old...
