Part One:

For whatever reason, if not a child's death occurring there, Fredbears Family Diner closed its doors. Which lead to the creation of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, which spawned it’s own restaurant chain. By evidence of Phone Guys calls, Fredbears Diner was long forgotten, hence why the murder of the child outside the restaurant was never referenced, it was long forgotten by people and Fazbear Entertainment, and the original owners apparently left the picture as well, which made it even more obscure . Now it’s time to look into, what we can infer is, the next event in the timeline; The Missing Children Incident.

Now this one is... going to be a looong one. Not only is it probably the most important event of the entire franchise, but it's also been callbacked in every single game thus far. From posters in the first game, to the phone calls and minigames of the second, to the minigames and phone calls to the third.

  1. 3 First Appearance/Mention:

This is our first piece of evidence, and hell, it’s the strongest. It outright tells you what happened, where it happened, and even the date it happened on (which will come into play later). Five children, originally thought to be two, are taken into the back room by a suspect wearing a mascot costume, and supposedly killed. The cameras catches the suspect on camera, and he is arrested, but the bodies of the children are never found. Not long after, the animatronics begin to ooze blood and mucus, prompting more bad reputation.

Puzzle Piece #4: FNAF 2 Phone Calls:

These phone calls are probably the most IMPORTANT piece to finding out the puzzle to this particular event, they also help us prove that the missing childrens incident happened BEFORE the bite of 87. I’ve taken out specific points of the dialogue that hint at this event.

Night 1:

Uh, now, I want you to forget anything you may have heard about the old location, you know. Uh, some people still have a somewhat negative impression of the company. Uh... that old restaurant was kind of left to rot for quite a while, but I want to reassure you, Fazbear Entertainment is committed to family fun and above all, safety. They've spent a small fortune on these new animatronics, uh, facial recognition, advanced mobility, they even let them walk around during the day. Isn't that neat? -clears throat But most importantly, they're all tied into some kind of criminal database, so they can detect a predator a mile away. Heck, we should be paying them to guard you.

Night 2:

Uh, by now I'm sure you've noticed the older models sitting in the back room. Uh, those are from the previous location. We just use them for parts now. The idea at first was to repair them...uh, they even started retrofitting them with some of the newer technology, but they were just so ugly, you know? The smell…

Uh...heh...I love those old characters. Did you ever see Foxy the pirate? Oh wait, hold on...oh yeah, Foxy. Uh, hey listen, that one was always a bit twitchy, uh...I'm not sure the Freddy head trick will work on Foxy, uh. If for some reason he activates during the night and you see him standing at the far end of the hall, just flash your light at him from time to time. Those older models would always get disoriented with bright lights. It would cause a system restart, or something.

Night 3:

They tried to remake Foxy, ya know? Uh, they thought the first one was too scary, so they redesigned him to be more kid-friendly and put him in Kid's Cove.

Oh, hey, before I go, uh, I wanted to ease your mind about any rumors you might have heard lately. You know how these local stories come and go and seldom mean anything. I can personally assure you that, whatever is going on out there, and however tragic it may be, has nothing to do with our establishment. It's just all rumor and speculation... People trying to make a buck. You know... Uh, our guard during the day has reported nothing unusual. And he's on watch from opening til close

Night 4:

Ok, so uh, just to update you, uh, there's been somewhat of an, uh, investigation going on. Uh, we may end up having to close for a few days... I don't know. I want to emphasize though that it's really just a precaution. Uh, Fazbear Entertainment denies any wrongdoing. These things happen sometimes.

Uh, just as a side note though, try to avoid eye contact with any of the animatronics tonight if you can. Someone may have tampered with their facial recognition systems - we're not sure. But the characters have been acting very unusual, almost aggressive towards the staff. They interact with the kids just fine, but when they encounter an adult, they just...stare.

Night 5:

Um, from what I understand, the building is on lockdown, uh, no one is allowed in or out, y'know, especially concerning any...previous employees.

Night 6:

Hello? Hello...uh...what on earth are you doing there, uh didn’t you get the memo, uh, the place is closed down, uh, at least for a while. Someone used one of the suits. We had a spare in the back, a yellow one, someone used none of them are acting right

Puzzle Piece #5: The “Foxy” Minigame:

Playing as Foxy, the player walks out of what appears to be the curtained Pirate Cove and into a room with children, who celebrate his arrival. All five children appear to be happy, with the bottom one offset so it looks sad due to the black bars. The player is then returned to the curtained area and has to repeat this twice. On the third cycle, the Purple Guy can be seen standing in the corner of the starting room, smiling. When Foxy approaches the children, they seem dead. The minigame then ends with Foxy's jumpscare.

Conclusion One: There are two cases of Missing Children.

Evidence: On Night 1 of FNAF 2, Phone Guy makes numerous mentions of the “old location”, which apparently, had a lot of bad PR, and was left to rot, and in the new and improved restaurant, they have the animatronics wired to a criminal database. On Night 2, he mentions that the animatronics smell, directly in relation to the posters in FNAF 1, which infer that the reason the animatronics smell is because the bodies of the children are stuffed inside them. Don’t you see? It all fits! The original restaurant had gained bad PR from the missing childrens incident, so in the new and improved restaurant, they give the toy animatronics a criminal database recognition, so it wouldn’t happen again! Still don’t believe me? WELL, look at the foxy minigame, not only do we see that it’s the SAME purple man from the “Take Cake to Children” minigame, but we also see Foxy discover five dead children. How do we know that this does not take place in the FNAF 2 restaurant? Because, FOXY IS SHUT DOWN IN THE FNAF 2 RESTAURANT. It just doesn't make sense that it would take place during FNAF 2. By the first night, the animatronics are already haunted, before the rest of the calls. And. while the posters say that the suspect was discovered by footage of the same night, it takes a whole week before the restaurant is shut down in FNAF 2. Also we know, it’s Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, and NOT fredbears! Why?: Because Phone Guy had little to no knowledge about the diner, but he apparently had some involvement or knowledge of this older location.

I know what your thinking, scott could NOT have made the story this complicated, he’s just one dude! Your looking too much into this. Well, actually, I think Scott knows very well what he’s doing, what he’s doing is giving us simple lore in a complicated presentation. He's presenting it in a very complicated and confusing way.  The lore fits together very well when you look at it, but he gives us a lot of red herrings which makes it a seemingly impossible story! It's' very well possible that he did create all this at once, I mean, think about how short of time it was that he came up with all this story. Hell, if he's just throwing more hidden lore into the story, he sure is very careful and smart about it . Whatever the truth...We’re just putting the pieces together. Hell, we're not even DONE with this "Old Location" yet!! BUT.. To save you guys the pain. I'll just put the rest of this locations history into part 3. Which will be uploaded on the same day. :)

This entire blog in a nutshell: The missing childrens incident happened inbetween Fredbears, and FNAF 2.
