I have theorized that this image may be evidence of a fourth game. If you pay close attention, it appears to be almost exactly the same as Golden Freddy's hat. In FNaF 3, the minigames and phone calls prove that the original animatronics from FredBear’s Family Diner are indeed Springtrap and Golden Freddy. The games have yet to explain what happened at FredBear’s but Scott may just leave that up to our imaginations. So, there is no clear answer to this question, but there is a possibility of a fourth game. Just not anytime soon, of course, he needs a break after FNaF 3.
